Congratulations to the Brandon Valley boys basketball team for their third-place finish in the state tournament. I know the loss to O’Gorman was disappointing, but it wasn’t caused by lack of determination, spirit or hard work by the Lynx teammates. Good work, team. We’re proud of you.

Congratulations to the girls and boys basketball teams - you both did great at state! The girls did awesome beating #1 Roosevelt! Way to go! I hope the boys don’t feel they let the community down. I felt bad for them - they deserved that championship title given the year they had and the excitement they provided us all season. You’re #1 with this community!
