To Always Listening,
You must be well-informed and in favor of the bond! That’s great news. The school district is giving you the chance NOW to listen and learn about why $23 million in facilities is needed. If the bond passes, I hope I don’t see you posting negative comments against it … things like, “We didn’t know what was going on.” This is a big issue that needs every school district voter’s attention. I’m all for the new facilities and needed additions - we’re growing in Brandon Valley and this will help us accommodate the ongoing enrollment numbers.

In agreement with the above post.
Be informed!!! I am not saying how to vote, but VOTE!! I have
been to a couple of meetings and
the important thing is to know
what is going on, where the money is going and where these
changes are going to be made.
This is important whether you are for or against.

I also have a question. In bond issues, does it have to win by a percentage? Or, is it straight
win/loss? Thank you.

dhanson - I believe it has to win by a 60% margin.

LOW VOTER turnout will hurt this proposal from passing. Encourage your friends and neighbors to take the time to vote YES on December 4.

Passed by 30 some votes — WOW !!
My #7 comments were very accurate.
I would like to congratulate the bond committee , school board , and ALL staff of BVSD.
I personally am glad the voters decided to continue moving education forward in the BV district.
