School lunch

September 17th, 2007 by Alica

Does the school serve good lunches? Have you tasted the food since you were in school yourself? How do your kids like the lunches? What’s their favorite menu items?
Did you know the public is welcome to come into any of the schools and buy a lunch?

Does that require a non school person to register at the school office as a visitor in order to head to the lunchroom for Mexican pizza (my personal fav)? Does the high school still have open lunches where students can leave campus for lunch? If not, why should the public be invited in when students can’t go out?

    I go to BVHS.
Fortuantly we got approved for free meals, otherwise Mom would be blowing her head off.
Theres a choice of Type A or Type B(the bar).
Yes they have good bars but some are just nasty. We got tator tots one day and they literally count out 5 or 6.
    Its either Type(A or B)+2 Veggies(2 Fruits)+Milk.
If you leave the veggies out you get charged singlely(sp?).
Cookies used to be around 50 cents and since thats one of the rare things that people love. They jack up the price.
