Sioux Falls-Brandon boundaries

Sioux Falls and Brandon agreed years ago that the border between the cities would be Six Mile Road at Rice Street. Both cities have grown almost to that point and probably will reach that boundary in a few short years.
Do you think this is a good place to meet?
Mike Cooper, head Sioux Falls planner, has said his city plans to make Six Mile Road at Madison as its boundary limit. Do you think Brandon will ever meet Sioux Falls at that point?

Sioux Falls will in the next couple of years. Their almost there already. If Brandon gets there within the next 5yrs it will surprise me.

This seems like a very logical place to meet. What about the Pine Lake Hills area? Isn’t that considered Brandon? OH — Okay — I just re-read the question (sorry). It still seems logical to meet there, it seems like both cities have an equal distance to go…
