Tom Ode

A lifelong Brandon resident is gone. Tom Ode died unexpectedly of a heart attack.
I’ve known Tom since we were both kids, although I don’t remember him much from those days because I was five years older. I do remember when his kids were little, and his family would come into my family’s cafe for Sunday smorgasbord. His family kept increasing in size until there were six little kids.
I got to know Tom better when he started developing his farmstead, which now contains Eagle Creek and The Bluffs. He always was happy to talk and answer questions about his projects.
What do you remember about Thomas “Tom” Ode?

He will be remembered as a quality, stand up person. All around great family man.

I don’t understand why the media try and get their stories off of other peoples deaths?

wow i am shocked to see that Tom has passed, I was unaware of this. If it is not to much to ask could somebody tell me what happened? Thank you. God bless his family
